Taking forever to respond

I was approach by a guy Brandon Govender in October 2012 from THR Properties who suggested that I swop my current 2 weeks time share at Durban Sands to a list of others that were available. I completed the swop forms and returned it with all relevant documentation including both my share certificates. I have been contacting THR several times and had to complete the same forms over and over again and the contact person changing all the time. It is now 9 months later and I still have nothing concrete to confirm that the swops were done or will be done soon. I have mailed Danae last week regarding this and on Monday contacted Camy to get some answers but have not heard a word from anyone.
