Stay at a CSI Rentals property at your own risk

Yesterday our electric main switch went into flames and almost burned our house down. Thankfully we were helped by the security guards who managed to put the fire out before the figherfighters got to us. This morning we logged a call with Mariska at CSI rentals who sent someone to the house for inspections. The guy did the inspections, called me and said he'll get Mariska to arrange with the insurance for repairs. Hours later my husband calls to check the progress and was told the insurance needed a 2nd quote therefore she had to send a 2nd guy to the house for inspection. WASN'T SHE SUPPOSED TO KNOW THIS IN THE FIRST PLACE. WHATEVER HAPPENED TO PROPER PROCESS BETWEEN COMPANIES? Didn't she know she'd need 2 quotes in such situations. Wasn't this mentioned in the contract between CSI and their insurance company?? As I type this, it's 16:38, Mariska has been promising to call me back. She even went as far as tell me she's going home at 16:30 and would contact me before then. I'm still waiting for her call. This is utter nonsense. It's the 2nd time she did this to us. First time we had a geyser burst we got the same service. I would not reccommend anyone to stay there.
