Charging for supposed free parking

Once again a clear example of bad service delivery in SA.

I went to the parking ticket machine to validate my ticket. The machine said 0-15min FREE but it charged me R7. I then went to the Info Desk to show them my ticket clearly showed I was there less than 15min but still the refused to refund me (I took a photo as proof).

Hyde Park Corner is supposed to be one of the premier shopping centres in Gauteng but only proved the opposite today! Disgraceful!
