I found this company listing on the internet and decided to give it a try. To touch base briefly, I met with Khanya from the agency who emailed me prior to the visit about a house in highgrove available to rent as of the 01st of Aug13. I visited the house on Saturday 20th July13, and was asked to make a deposit to secure the home. The Sunday 21st July13 I made a R8000 deposit to IHPC as that was my monthly limit. I advised Khanya about this and she said its fine, I can pay the balance into their account.

On Monday the 22nd of July, I received an email saying the some else paid a full deposit electronically also on Sunday 21ast of July13 and that the house was no longer available. I then viewed another house which was given to me as an option and decided to request my deposit back as I was was not interested.

On 27th July, a deposit of R7150 was only paid into my account, this was short of R850 which that company is now claiming to take for admin fees. This is quite interesting as they claim the admin fee is non-refundable and the deposit made was to agree to enter an agreement. Sadly after they got my R8000- I was told that house is no longer avail.
