Deposit Withheld Unlawfully

Rawson Properties Table View withheld my deposit claiming I was guilty of making late payment during my rental period. I made numerous phone calls and trips to their offices over the past 2.5 months & also provided them with official bank statements which clearly proves that payments were NEVER made later than the 28th of any given month. I point out all calls and trips were at my own expense and time taking off work. I was told that they would get back to me with an answer as to whether they were going to reimburse me. Besides their lack of communication, I'm confused as to why they feel they need to consider this reimbursement as the money is owed to me. After a long and tiring 2.5 months, Sarah, the manager, told my husband that payment would be made on Friday 19th July 2013. Unsurprisingly, this didn't happen. When my husband queried why payment had not been made, he was then once again told that payment will be done on Monday 22 July. I shant hold my breath. I urge Mr. Rawson to review his staff's moral standards, customer service and etiquette and to explain what the motive is to prolong this issue. Please sort out your problems so we can part ways.
