Worst Service Eve

Good day,

We have a complex unit and Just Letting is handling the rental side. My wife and I decided to go through a agency like Just Letting seeing that they handle most of the admin and so on.

The only problem is that they DON'T! We have now been struggling for how long to get them to make payment to the Body Corp ect... They are always late and it reflects badly on us. We are the ones now getting a "late payers" status because of their negligence.

My wife drove all the way there last month and consulted with Peter. Apparently everything was sorted out and everybody was understanding how the process works and how it will be rectified in the future.

Well one month down the line and we get a statement from our Body Corp that says no payments have been made!!!

Seriously how long must this continue before someone competent can handle the situation? This is becoming a real nightmare for us.

Please Just Letting sort out this mess!!!
