Deposit Refund delay

On the 1st of May i submitted notice to Khayalethu flat letting them that i'll be moving out at the end of May. before i moved out i asked the lady who does account when will i my depost back, advise soon a she receives evaluation report she'll process it. today its the 20th of July but still i haven't received it yet. Number of emails where sent to the lady some of the them she you'ld reply others just ignore. i've been petiant enough now i've had it. She keeps making empty promises. The lady (Amandie) who do account is very rude and not professional.
