House locked for non rental payment

My wife, my son and I have been staying in a complex for 21 months now.
This month of July we struggled paying due to financial challenges.
Last week Tuesday, I received a call stating that my son and his nanny have been house locked.

My wife and myself not being around, we then send a neighbor to intervene on our behalf.

After they let them out, they suddenly closed the door and leaving them outside.

I have negotiated with management to have the house reopen on condition:

- My wife being 3 months pregnant, she could not go through such stress which could affect the fetus life
and condition.
- I have started a new job, so now I am force to go there with the same clothe everyday, unable to change.

My request is to have assistance toward our human right consideration.
