Assistance with our nanny

I have a nanny that locked my 2 toddlers up at my house and went to a shop. The neighbours heard my children crying and phoned me, and I came home to find them locked up. I confronted our nanny when she came back and she became aggressive and insulting. I found Domestic Sa when I searched for assistance with what to do in order to dismiss my nanny. When I phoned, I spoke to Deon Joubert and he advised me on what needs to be done in order to dismiss my nanny, as this was a very serious offence. I had not registered my nanny with the UIF. Deon Joubert and the staff at Domestic Sa however took control of the whole situation for me. They registered her with the UIF, they calculated the arrears UIF contributions, they ensured that it was paid and reconciled and they also explained the dismissal procedures to me and drew up all the dismissal documentation for me. This without me even being a client of theirs at that stage. I have now registered with them, and I have my new nanny on their system, and will not do anything in the future without their advise or assistance.
