Holding back Pensioners money

My mother has been out of Leapfrogs property since end of April. They still owe her money that was kept back including deposits. This is going on for three months now. Seems that they have total control of monies that are been kept back and the pensioner is left out in the cold as to receiving her money back. This is totally disgusting. More people should be made aware of this situation as it is rediculous that a company holds back over R1000 stating that this could be for electricity that was not billed for.
Totally dissapointed as to how she is being treated.
