Drain is over flowwing and no one respond

I am renting a small holding from Realnet in Bronkhorstspruit, . the drain is overflowwing since saterday and I can't get anyone to assist. I called Realnet today and after no one came back to me I drove to the office to request immidiate assistance. The realnet owner - Koos - told me that the farm owner will come look the next day. I explaint that nothing is broken and that the drain is over full and does not drain anymore. Koos told me that it is not his problem. I asked him to call someone to come and drain the tank. He told me that he has no obligation to me and that I don't pay him rent, but that the owner does, and therefor I can not make any requests. I explained again that we are fulltime farming and need them to urgently look into this as I can not wait and hope that the owner do come look the next day and then only try and get someone which can agian take another day or 2.
This is totally unproffesional from the agent whom I signed a contract with for renting the property.
I have never been ill treated and humiliated by anyone as I was today by Realnet owner Koos from Bronkhorstspruit.
I phoned Realnet Headoffice to launch a complaint but again no service reply.
