Breach of Contract - No deposit

Hello Peter, my name is Kesenogile Monnkgathi. I entered into a lease contract with Realnet Kungwini in Bronkhorstspruit commencing 01 Jan 2013 to 30 June 2013. I received a termination letter on the 10th of April 2013 that they would not be renewing my contract and it will end on 30 June 2013. In May 2013 there was a dispute of a water account and said I would not be able to pay it in full as I received it late. On the 1st June 2013 the owner changed the locks to the property without my knowledge and managed to get a court order to get my assets on the 06th June 2013. On the 12th of June 2013, I sent an email to Linda at Realnet requesting for my deposit of R4000 which I gave to Realnet as I was not the one in breach of contract - I still haven't heard anything from them. Please help
