West street construction liars

I bought a house in Karenpark from West Street Construction (Oakview) and upon trying to get handover from the construction company I'm getting run arrounds from the company, they that they will fix, they never do it. The municipal account is still in their name, they owe over R37K and I cannot buy electricity. They are renting out the house next door and electricity is illegally connected.
