Pathetic agent sloppy and unapologetic

I replied to an ad about a flat and got a response wanting details. I then said I would first like to view the property before I do that. Ernest agreed to show me the flat Saturday at 10. When i arrived he was still waiting for the key. THEN he tells me that this is a two bedroom and that the other one is taken. And when I showed him our email correspondence he said that he thought I was looking for a 2 bedroom even though my mail says I'm looking for a 1 bedroom. He didnt even apologise for wasting my time that day due to HIS tardiness!!
Monday I called the office to speak to his manager who was no better. and barely apologised!!

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS AGENCY!! NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE.
