No deposit granted

I moved out end of march 2013 from wonderpark estates . the agent whom i was renting under is called Job khumalo cell number 074 117 3044 from august 2011 util march 2013. i paid a deposit of 2300 which is refundable after you move out. it has been 3 months and i stilll haven't recieved anything from them and they keep promisng that they will dposit the money. i have been speaking to a man named john 083 454 7937 who handles the daily activies of the office whom told me his boss will pay mes as soon as possible,

this agency has a history of this and the other time i went to renew my contract a woman came in with the police demanding her deposit.. I just want the money rightfully owed to me.

now they come up with different excuses when i ask them. i have john on watsapp and he confirmed that his boss will pay me. and still i havent received anything. they always take money but fail to refund people where necessary
