Ridiculous Charges (Warning Letter)

On the 12 of june i received a warning letter saying i MUST pay R120 from pro admin, I paid my account one business day after the due date, i paid on the 11th of june, the letter was delivered at my place on the 12, mind you i've never received my bill through post its been always through email.

I then called Magda Wilbers to explain my situation, she then RUDELY told me the warning letter clause its on my contract which i signed, i then sent her a copy of the contract which i signed which it does not clearly say anything about a warning letter cost, she then changed her story saying its on Tshwane Regulation, i then sent her about 3emails requesting that regulation.

Whats disturbing is she to me saying its on my contract, and i sent her an email saying i don't mind paying interest for that one day as it is mentioned on the contract,

Ive sent her emails requesting with no reply from her, and its not the 1st time she does something like this,

This not acceptable its ridiculous..
