Terminating my rental contract

Good Day

Please note that i have a problem with an email that i received from my agency, according to my contract i was support to pay my rent by the 3rd, however i only managed to pay it on the 4th and i emailed them the proof of payment, now i received this hot email, it coppied as follows:

TERMINATION OF LEASE AGREEMENT CLAUSE 33.1.1
