Poor Service

From the start of letting out my property through just Letting, I experienced bad service since contracts have been signed up.
I have to follow up myself on rental income
Tenants left home in poor condition
Only cheap repairs done them
Overcharging of these repairs
Selective on repairs to be done
Does not comply with contract stipulated
