Ridiculous

After 3 years of poor service from the agency and the owner we decide to move out, I get a call from a lady who can barley speak english, she tell's me that out toilet top is cracked and that they we will have to replace the whole toilet unit, After i try to explain that it has been cracked since we moved in she decides to give me attitude and eventually she hangs up, What pathetic service?
