DID EVERYTHING THEY REQUIRED ME TO DO WHEN I MOVED OUT--- NOW WHEN ITS TIME TO PAY MY DEPOSIT MONEY BACK, NO ONE CAN ASSIST ME, OR GIVE ME A DEF DATE AS TO WHEN I'LL GET MY MONEY BACK, ANEL REFERS ME TO A LADY CALLED RUTH-WHEN I CALLED RUTH -- RUTH HAS NO IDEA OF WHAT TO DO--BECUASE SHE IS STILL BEEN TRAINED BY ANEL-- PLEASE HELP ME UNDERSTAND--WHY WOULD U REFER ME TO SOMEONE WHO IS BEEN TRAINED AND KNOW'S NOTHING---FURTHERMORE-- DONT EVEN MENTION THE RECEPTIONIST AT STATUS MARK-- SHE CONSTANTLY REFUSES TO GIVE HER NAME, *THINK SHE IS AFRAID OF BEEN REPORTED FOR THE SERVICE SHE GIVES AND HER BAD ATTITUDE*

I WISH THERE WAS ENOUGH SPACE TO ADD THE E-mails, TO SHOW the Incompetence. POOR service, and HORRIBLE communication that Status Mark employees delivery.

SO, CAN ANYONE FROM STATUS MARK MAYBE FIND THE TIME TO GET BACK TO ME REGARDING MY DEPOSIT MONEY, BECAUSE WHEN I CALL, NO ONE IS EVERY AVAILABLE TO TAKE MY CALL...
