Status Mark are a bunch of rip offs

Status mark property agency as well as the owners of the properties are rip offs. Starting from the agents Caren to the owners Mr Ebrahim and Nazir Valley. These people are inconsistent and bill you for things that are not part of the agreement. They claim that your deposit is automatically theirs even though no damages have been made to their property.

I gave them notice in december 2012 and since that i have been harassed by the owner Ebrahim Valley demanding R12000, the next day he demanded R10000, the following day he wanted R8000, the day after that he wanted R5000, then he inally wanted R3500 which he cannot explain to me what it was for. so you tell me, they just out to get money from you even through you do not owe them I am not sure where they get these amounts from as they cannot explain it. I get back to work today and find a email that they have blacklisted me. i Dont think the correct procedures were followed here.

I will not stand for this and i will be taking this matter futher. I really do hope that all of the above mentioned see this compaint.

I am not the first and definatley not the last person that is complaining about these people.
