Shocking service

There appears to be no limit to the ineptitude and poor service from Re/Max:

1. Their agent pursued us relentlessly until we signed offer to purchase, badgering us constant tales of how many other people were clamouring to buy the property.
2. Once signed, the agent simply failed to provide assistance to view the property again after the offer had been made.
3. The agent confirmed IN WRITING we could move in on May 1. When asked what time, less than a week before she referred us to the tenant, who denied any knowledge of May 1. Later I received correspondence from the tenant proving that the seller was fully aware that the tenant was only moving out May 31.
4. This resulted in my family having to make plans within days to find alternative accommodation - a one-bedroom bachelor flat with no bathroom. My children (4yrs old) have been sleeping on the floor next to the kitchen since May 1.
5. Re/Max denies any wrongdoing, despite the fact that the reason why I am without secure housing is their fault.
6. Re/max claimed to be able to act as an agent, but REPEATEDLY failed to contact the seller. I had to contact the lawyers myself to communicate with the seller.
