Great behavior and follow up, not!

I recently purchased a unit in Fourways through one of your agents. As well as the lack of conduct from his end, and the lack of compassion for a first time buyer, I had to deal with moving into a unit that was not cleaned, A promise was made by said agent, that he will organise a cleaning service, and he still has not gotten back to me, after several attempts from my end. Plus, on top of all this, keys are missing for doors in the unit and damages are present that were not brought to my attention prior to purchase, that happened 'apparently' during the previous owners move.
