Bad service

Since day one they have been giving be problems. No 1: I could not go into the unit because the agent said the key was not with him, but before i had a look at the unit he said there was a shower, pet friendly and we have two parkings. While a was viewing this property i asked him where the shower was and he said sorry it does not have one. No 2: when we moved in the unit was so dirty because of the contractors painting and making a mess. No 3: The Caretaker came to me and told me that we only have one parking not 2 and we have to make a plan with our 2'nd car and that we are not allowed to have any pets otherwise a will get a fine. No 4: Just now my geyser broke for the second time now they are telling me they can only fix it tomorrow, there is only cold water and its winter now. No 5: I had to take a day off for them to come and wash the carpets, i was waiting the whole day but no one came so i phoned them asking what was going on and the lady said they wont be able to be there that day. The worst part is im the 1 paying the rent on time every month and this is how they treat me, and they dont even know what they are renting out. They are so unorganized and def not professional
