Id like to reply to this disgruntled woman by saying.

Job Quote of R 10, 000.00 that included.

Fixing of kitchen cupboards Done
Painting of inside of unit Done
Varnishing of skirts Done
Re tiling entire bathroom walls and floor Done
Plumb new shower and connect waste Done
Build and install wooden deck in shower Done
supply of all disposables including shower Done

Considering R8000 was used to do the above works this is well within budget and the time line I was given was 3 months as there was no intention to rent the unit but rather to sell in the new year. Work commenced from October into November. To obtain almost R15 000.00 of work done for R 8 000.00 I had to purchase out of range tiles and carefully keep within budget.

In no way am I a scammer or a and as mentioned a disgruntled woman that was rejected when wanting a relationship with someone that made it very clear this was not going to happen resorts to the most ridiculous tactics.
