Do not log previous problems to file - so they say

I can't believe that in the whole of South Africa, I am not the only person with concerns about the Secunda branch! They chop and change the agents that is responsible for your house, and when you refer back to problems in the past, that is happening again, they just claim that it was not noted on the file. They had our property for since 2004, so I expected better service. After one of our tenants moved out and even the window's handles moved out with them, I had an arrangement with them for monthly inspections. My "current" tenant died. When they went there it was a mess! Could not get new tenants before everything was fixed. When asking about the monthly inspection, the answer was, "It was not noted in file". They were also not prepared to help me get the place back in order, I stay in Gauteng. Thank you to Lizel that always transferred my rent on time. A big thank you to Billy, from another agency, not Aida, who assisted us in fixing the property within a week, I've got new a tenant already! Plus they do inspections as part of their service at no extra cost. We had the same problem as jjberasmus from Aida, Randfontein, Lapa also not on plans, in 2003 they assured us it was.
