Poor customer relations

I requested documents required by SARS for my rental property on 9 December and have only received promises, but no actual documents. After expressing my dissatisfaction with Anoushka yesterday, she promised - yet again - to send the necessary docs by 13h00 yesterday, but still nothing has arrived. I am desperate as SARS require the documents and the service level from Pam Golding has been atrocious.By the way, the other rental and management agents that I contacted supplied the info within 24 hours!
NOT GOOD ENOUGH, PAM GOLDING!
