No luck in trying to pay Cape Town traffic fine

Parking fine incurred 16 December 2012 by visiting Johannesburg holidaymaker. ONE MONTH later fine details have still not been captured on the "system" and therefore can not be paid remotely (as stipulated on fine) at Post Office, ABSA or [URL Removed] (operated by Syntell)!!! And we here in Johannesburg thought that Cape Town City was jacked up!!! Have today emailed various persons/departments (including the Mayor) in another attempt to pay this fine and await the outcome.
