TRAFFIC FINE HARRASSMENT

This Municipality is well known for harrassing people who paid their fines. I paid one and the other was withdrawn by the Richmond public prosecutor. Yet they keep pestering me alleging the fines are unpaid. Recently they sent me an SMS that summons have been issued whilst summons had previously been issued. They concentrate on people who do not live in that area like me who live in Johannesburg and hope you will be so stupid to pay the fine again. Alternitively they have some criminal "Agent" who does this in their name.
THE NEW PROTECTION AGAINST HARRASSMENT ACT has just been passed by Parlaiment. I suggest you get and order against them at your local Magistrate's Court.
