Yesterday I received an SMS notifying me that a summons would be raised for an unpaid speeding fine Ref:9003110707007017. This fine was paid on 20 November 2012 via registered mail item number RD711562173ZA with money transfer number 11959565 and accepted by Mietjie Moije on behalf of Ubuntu Municipality on 26 November 2012.
The telephone number is the same as that in previous complaints
