Terrible Service

I have contacted Q No More in order to settle some of my traffic fines. I have already paid service fees and the fine amounts into their account. It has been approximately 4 months and I still have not received any feedback. The fines are still unpaid. I have made over 20 phone calls and sent countless emails. I have escalated this to the owner (Sean) who also appears uninterested. I would have been better off trying to resolve these fines by myself. Now to try and get my R 2000 back. Please do not use this company as they are terribly incompetent.
