Delay in pay out

I am waiting for the last 3 months for feedback regarding this pension fund and everyday there is a different story. first the bank form was older than 3 months we fixed it and went to bank to stamp form again then we went to pta to give the forms in and now the last 2 weeks we are waiting for id nr not correspond with bank i went to pta again last monday to correct at gpaa and police and it was done for 2 weeks everyday i phone they are waiting for bank id is not correct then you phone waiting for tax directive then you phone again then id is not correct and so we go on everyday. this is the worst service i have ever received from any place and there is not 1 person that will go out of there way to assist. and there is never a manager on duty
