Pathetic service!!! Over and over again!!!

We submitted a pension fund claim in January 2013 already and sent everything to the GEAA via registered mail.

We keep phoning and emailing to get feedback on the matter, but with no avail. We keep being putting on hold and told to phone back next week. This is rediculous.

We are about to loose our home and the pension fund monies can save it, but even after numerous calls and emails, explaining this to them, we still get no response.

Is this how little GPAA feel for its members and their spouses?

I want feedback before the end of this week please!!!
