I received my Feb account and it was astronomically high. Thousands of rands in excess of all my years bills with NMM. I sent an email query to customer care 16 Mar. No reply and resent again 19th Mar. No response to date. I then received my Marc acc 12 Apr and phoned the offices. The consultant Vanessa explained some calculation about estimated consumption used as a means to calculate my bill. I advised her I disputed this & asked for contact details of where I could send my dispute. I told her I sent email last month to customer care and she said nobody will call me. I have to come down to the offices. I advised I work 8am -5pm and needed an email. She was very unhelpful and had no telephone etiquette.
I need this sorted out ASAP!!!
