I've been working for my employer for 7 years. The first years Telkom didn't want to help me regarding my telephone bills, after a few times I've tried someone finally told me that I need to go to the Telkom offices and change my Company registration details and so I did. It's been a few years and still they haven't changed it, so today I tried to phoned to send my bills via email because of the Postal Services striking and they again told me that I need to change and they won't be able to send me my statement. This is the most disgusting service I have received from anyone. If I don't pay they put interest on my account I make the effort to phone them and still they don't want to send me the statement. I refuse to pay that interest and I will pay it as soon I received my bill. I don't know why sometimes they help me and there's no problem and sometimes they don't. When I asked to speak to their supervisor they keep cutting me off. I guess they want to make some money from interest again this month! What a group of incompetent people and most pathetic service I have received.
