Compensation Commissioner
Strugling to get into call centre

I've been struggling for weeks to get into the Compensation commissioner's call centre. Each time I call I just get beep beep in my ear. I was lucky to get in yesterday morning but their system was apparently down & I had to phone again later, only to get the same old beep beep. Its so annoying when such things happen, I mean these people are supposed to serve the public yet all they do is just take the money and relax, no work is done in that department.
