Call centre time wasting and unhelpful

Tried calling gautrain call centre on twice today on two separate matter one was about lost property on the train and the other was relating to the bus times, specifically what time the last bus departs. on both occasions i had to go through the automated call centre which kept me waiting very long regurgitating useless information. when i finally did get through to the operating they asked my name, surname and cellphone, for what reason i have no clue, I then asked what time the last bus departs from sandton to fourways. she gave me another number that i should. it was a simple question why have a call centre and a option specifically for bus information and their unable to give you information??? and why give a number that does not get answered. same with the lost property query, i was given what appeared to be a cellphone number and no one answered.
very disappointing.
