City Power - Power Failure in Kya Sands

Hi

I stay in Kya Sands on a Plot, almost ever day we have power failures when I phone City Power they just say that there is a problem with the sub station, I can see that its beginning to affect my fridge as well because of this.!!! They say that we have to pay more for electricity but then in return we get service and sit in the dark almost every night. The best part of it is that there is no way to move to Eskom. Please can somebody help us with this story I can not be the only person sitting with this problem!!!
