Bad Service

I do not even know where to start, that is how angry and off I am. I am tired of being nice and polite when I keep getting service. I live in turffontein and I keep getting problems with my power box, everytime the power is turned off for whatever reason may it be for load shedding or fixing of power lines. But when the power comes back on, only my lights work and well my plugs do not have any power. And everytime I phone city power they rude but at least everytime they send someone to fix it. The person they send always seems to not know what's the problem but in the end they manage to fix the problem. But the last time they sent someone, the man did not know what he was doing and had to keep asking another man what to do and guess what he change the position of some of my wires. Not even a week has gone by and now all my bedrooms have no electricity to the plugs. And I suspect that by changing those wires he has burnt out one of my bedrooms wiring thus making all the other rooms to not have any electricity but lights. I want this problem to be fixed and if there is a fee they should pay for it.
