Dont care about the poeple who pay tax

I recently moved to Alveda park ext 4, from the day i moved every day i been experiencing power failures and technicians take their time to resolve the problem. this week i have not had power for three days and i have a 3 year old boy that needs to eat bath and grow but how does one continue when n the comfort of your own is not comfortable. i pay 4000 rands every month and my husband pay 3000 every month to receive such bad service from the people who are paid buy our tax money. surrounding areas always have power but for some odd reason alveda never has. places where they bridge electricity and dont even pay have power unlike me who always pay and never has power at home. i need a resolution as to when and why the power in alveda will be fixed permanently as i am sick and tired of people keep on wasting my money on other thing and not servicing me!!!
