Declared dead for no reason

Some years back I was declared dead, however tht was fixed by home affairs, my biggest challenge now is that every time when I go to the bank to appy for credit the death status still appears on their system. I contacted home affairs but they failed to help me, I am so stressed I don't know who to turn to, cause I may want to apply for a big loan one day, maybe a bond and I am scared this can affect me.please help me.
