I received my pensioner's card after re-registering on 14 Feb 2013 as requested. The withdrawals, using the card, worked well in March. However, I received a letter from SASSA stating that I had failed to re-register (according to their records). I now cannot withdraw funds (April). The toll free numbers do not respond. What am I to do now? Write to THE STAR? Obtain a court order???
