Three years and no sign of disputes!

I went to the Paarl branch in 2010 after receiving a notice that I owed SARS an amount of around R2000. Prior to going to Paarl I also went to the Cape Town and Bellviile branches. This happened after being paid a second lump sum of which I did phone SARS to enquire about it, with the consultant assuring me that it was for the tax year of 2007. I went to Paarl branch to register a dispute after faxing supporting docs which was also requested but no reply recived. Lizette assured me she found the mistake and that the money will be paid to me within 21 days- I only wanted my name to be cleared. I went again weeks after that and she said the same thing. The third time I spoke to Francois, telling the same thing. In 2012 Francois said I must send the logbook of 2008 and he'll correct the mistake. Last week I went there again, Johlin- the manager saying the disputes were never forwarded/ activated or processed but they'll do then. I've wasted all my time in the 3 years, my petrol and missed work driving from Cape Town to Paarl, what for? Why must I pay for an employee's mistake? Where is the service excellence they claim to deliver? Now they threaten me with legal action?
