SARS
Logbook, or not

Kindly asking the receptionist if SARS provide companies with logbooks, she could not wait to tell me they do not and that it is on the system. She immediately started to hint that the next person in line should move forward.

I then asked her, (politely) where can I find this so called "system" and she mummbled [URL Removed] in a very very short manner.

In my life I have never come accross anyone this rude (I was a waitress for two years) and this from someone providing a service to ME.

Coming from someone who studied Public Relations, this is the worst kind of person you can employee and a person with this attitude does not deserve a job.

Good luck to anyone going to SARS in Paarl today, it is only 08:30 and this is the attitude clients receive.

Might I remind all SARS employees who pays their salaries.

The least you can do is provide clients with service they deserve.
