No payment of Governmnet pension fund after death

Good Day,

It has been almost 1 year & 2 months since my father passed on. All the documents were submitted immediately after the funeral. After numerous of phone calls emails etc., my brothers and I have not received a single cent from GPAA. Around June 2013 we were informed that the payment was in its final stages, but nothing happened thereafter. When calling you hold on forever until you run out of airtime, we have sent several emails without any response. How are we suppose to survive when it has been almost 1 year & 2 months.
PLEASE HELP!
