Delays, inconveince caused and Bad Attitude

Dear Peter,

I have made a claim on behalf of my wife submission to the Department of Labor for maternity UIF at rooderpoort department, The following has been our experince and to date still not resolved::

1.I have been treated with bad attitude and arrogance form day 1,
2.I have been sent around back and forth between the company and the department for silly reasons I call this passing the buck
3. In a telephonic coversation with the person responsible, he has had a bad attiude toward my wife.

We need some resolution to this as we need the funds not the attitude my wife has been a prompt contibutor to the fund for many years and does not deserve to be treated this way for something she is more than entitled to.

Please advise a way forward!!!
