Poor and appaling service at the Dept of Labour

Politics & Government

I have visited the labour ofices in small street more than 14 times from the 6/09/2012 up until the 28 March 2013, to submit the UIF maternity forms for my wife, apparently they always found something wrong with the UIF forms, which would in turn cause a delay in the whole process, which was ussually left to either me or my wife to sort out.
Just yesterday when I thought that the nighmare has come to an end through the help of a gentleman by the name of Michael Chabalala, I was refered to another section which deals with processing and I was given an appeal form for my wife to complete without any explanation, when I enquired, the man in charge a Charles Adams became aggresive and confrontational, all I needed was for him to expalin the meaning of the form and how to go about completing it.
Today the 28th I went back to re-submit the forms, I was attended to by Desiree Parkings, who failed to acknowledge my presence as she continued with a private conversation with her peers, did not greet me, and did not seem interested in helping me. she only perused the forms and picked up yet something new which the more 8 people I saw did not. Then the doors were closed @ 09:20, how nice.
