Paid more than it showed on the internet

Vehicle was towed from a no parking zone, when I went to the JMPD at village and selby to get the vehicle released. I paid R2115 instead of the R525 that is showed on the National traffic act website. When I fetched the vehicle had damages on it. I went back to the duty office to ask where I can lay my complaint they sent me the wrong place my Ms N Shezi @ the duty office
