When I got to the department to do a new file for my couzin she on a wheel chair and can't sit still (she's not well even mentaly, I ws together with her mum. All went we'll from de security @de door to receptionist. Only when I was transfered to the other cubicles. Spoke to the lady sitting on the desk with a supervisorry sign. She 1started going on about how we irresponsible the mother is in not understanding the letter sent to her by post. For heaven sake english is not her 1st language, after persiting that she reads it for us and explain the requirements, she did dat so reluctantly with no gud attitude afterward we were made to queue with the rest of every normal individual, my couz was not able to sit still kept making noises due to her condition, in front of them, only 1 lady stood up and gave her 1st preference unfotunately she was not the able to assist us, she doesn't deal with that kind of department but told her other coleague to help us bt she also made us sit back in the queue like the rest of every1! I didn't expect such from a govermrnt department claiming to help people, even banks are far better cause they giv 1st preference. Maybe dts how t is bt hey it dsn't go down well
