I dont think this call centre even exists

I have called the Gauteng Labour Departments call centre, I stayed on the line for approximately 50min and still no agent answered, I gave up and just hung up. I'm thinking that there is nobody working there. They have this number 0860 105350 but they have nobody working there. I just want everybody to know so that if they do need to contact the workers compensation fund for any matter, please rather call your regional office and demand that they help you, or your staff member might just succumb to his/her injuries, and we wouldn't want that.
